1. About Burgundy Turtle LLC

Welcome to Burgundy Turtle LLC. We provide an online program for mindful movement, Pilates, strength and mobility training, and intuitive eating education. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and digital program. By using the service or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital program and access

The Burgundy Turtle LLC program includes online video sessions and supporting digital resources. Content is delivered through an account on the platform; no physical goods are shipped. The current offer is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the included program content, with no recurring subscription fee.

Where purchasing is available, access is granted to your account after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive access, contact us with your purchase details so we can help. An internet connection and a compatible browser are required to access online content.

The English website currently provides information about the program; purchases and registration are not available from this page. English website text does not mean that program videos or resources have been translated into English.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown with their currency. The current program offer is priced in US dollars (USD). Where checkout is available, the final total, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you confirm payment. Any future price change applies to new purchases and does not change an order already paid for.

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Burgundy Turtle LLC does not store full payment card numbers. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use.

4. Refunds, cancellations and support

If the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, including if you have already accessed the content. Email office@elamari.club from your account email and include your order reference or purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason, and you should never email full card details.

We review requests and aim to initiate eligible refunds within five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account; this typically takes about 5 to 10 business days after processing and may take longer in some cases. Access granted by a refunded purchase ends when the full refund is completed.

After the 14-day period, contact us if you have an access problem, duplicate charge or a program that does not match its description. We will investigate and provide a remedy where appropriate or required by law. This voluntary refund policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

The program is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription to cancel. To cancel a completed purchase within the refund period, follow the refund process above. To ask about closing your account or to raise a payment dispute with us, email office@elamari.club.

5. Your account and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a program. Keep your account details accurate and your password private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Program content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not share account access, redistribute videos or resources, resell content, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security issue or a material breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Movement and nutrition information

The program provides general fitness and educational content. It does not provide individualized medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional when needed. Stop an activity if you experience pain or feel unwell. Individual experiences and results vary.

7. Intellectual property

The Burgundy Turtle LLC name, website design, images, videos and written resources belong to their respective owners. Access to the program does not transfer ownership of that material or permission to reproduce or distribute it.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is used in connection with the website and platform.

9. Changes and contact

We may update the website and program, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact us if an interruption prevents you from using your purchased content. These terms do not exclude any responsibility or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms and will show the revised effective date on this page. We will communicate material changes where required. Changes will not remove refund or access rights attached to purchases already made. For support or to resolve a concern, contact office@elamari.club.
