Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to one-time purchases of the digital program on Elamari, a platform operated by Burgundy Turtle LLC.

General provisions

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for one-time purchases of the digital program on the Elamari platform (elamari.club), operated by Burgundy Turtle LLC (hereinafter: ‘Elamari’, ‘we’). By purchasing the program, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this policy, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Nature of the digital content

The Elamari program is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Access to the content is provided immediately after successful payment is confirmed, through a user account created at the time of purchase.

Consent and loss of the right of withdrawal

Before completing the purchase, the user expressly consents to the supply of digital content beginning immediately after payment and acknowledges that, by doing so, they lose the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days.

Accordingly, once the purchase has been completed and access to the content has been enabled, refunds are not available.

Confirmation of the purchase and the consent given is sent to the email address provided when registering the account.

Cancellation

The program is a one-time purchase and does not involve a recurring subscription, so there is no subscription to cancel. Requests to close a user account may be sent to office@elamari.club.

Delivery

Access to videos and supporting digital resources is provided through the user account after payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery and there are no delivery charges. If access is not provided after successful payment, the user may contact office@elamari.club, quoting the order reference or purchase date. Payment card details must never be sent by email.
