Burgundy Turtle LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

Burgundy Turtle LLC is responsible for the personal information it uses to operate its website and digital program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it and the choices available to you.

For privacy questions or requests, contact office@elamari.club.

2. Information used by the platform

  • Account information, such as your email address and the profile details you provide when registering or updating your account.
  • Purchase information, such as the program purchased, payment status, amount, currency and transaction references. Full card details are handled by Stripe.
  • Program activity, such as video progress, saved videos and resource downloads, to provide your member experience.
  • Support messages and information you choose to send when contacting us.
  • Technical information, such as network, browser and device information involved in delivering and securing the website.

Browsing the English website does not require an account. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, language, subscription status and confirmation dates in Supabase. We activate your subscription only after you confirm your email. Resend processes confirmed subscriber details and delivers our newsletters. Purchases and account registration remain unavailable from this page.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We retain the minimum unsubscribe or delivery-failure record needed to respect your choice and prevent further marketing messages. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from your account and purchases. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive signup attempts.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide and protect accounts, process purchases where available, grant program access, save learning progress, deliver service messages, respond to support requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the service you request, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, or act on your consent where required. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

4. Service providers

The platform uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for accounts and data storage, Mux for video delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. We share information needed to provide those services. Email providers also process messages you send to us and service communications we send to you.

Some providers, such as payment processors, may also use information for their own legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations under their privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect our users and the security of the service.

5. Cookies, local storage and website tags

The platform uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in and app features, including cached website files. We enable Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager on public pages only when you choose “Accept analytics”. Analytics cookies last up to 30 days and are stored only on the separate analytics.elamari.club host. They help us measure visits and distinguish new and returning visits. We send Google the public page address without query parameters or fragments; Google also receives technical request information, such as the network address and browser information. The tag runs separately from forms and account data and does not load on sign-in, payment, member or administration pages. Advertising features are disabled. Service providers still process technical data needed for accounts, payments and video delivery.

We remember your “Accept analytics” or “Reject analytics” choice in your browser for 30 days. Google analytics does not load before you choose or if you reject it. You can change your choice using “Privacy settings”. Rejecting stops measurement and clears Analytics cookies from the separate host; it does not affect sign-in, purchases or program access. Closing the earlier informational notice does not count as consent.

You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser. Blocking or clearing essential storage may affect sign-in and other platform features.

6. Retention and security

We retain account and program activity information while it is needed to provide your account and program access. Support messages are kept as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. Purchase records may be kept longer to meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud or resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use access controls and authenticated access to protect accounts and restricted content. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your password private and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. Where transfer safeguards are required by applicable law, we use the relevant contractual or other recognized protections. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Send requests to office@elamari.club. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond within the time required by applicable law, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Deleting account information may prevent us from continuing to provide your account and program access.

You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Essential messages about your account, purchases or security may still be sent where needed to provide the service.

9. Children’s privacy

Our program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Updates

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. The current version is shown on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact office@elamari.club with any questions.

Optional Meta advertising measurement — November 6, 2026

Only after you separately accept Meta Pixel in Privacy settings, we load Meta Pixel through Google Tag Manager on eligible public pages to measure advertising and build advertising audiences. Meta receives the public page URL, permitted campaign and advertising-click parameters, cookie identifiers and technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. Meta may associate these visits with your Meta account and use them for advertising. This permission is independent of Google Analytics, is optional, and is remembered in this browser for 30 days.

Unlike our isolated Google Analytics integration, the Meta script runs in the public-page document. Automatic event collection and advanced matching must be disabled; we do not supply account identifiers, email addresses, form entries, payment data or health information. We do not initialize the pixel on sign-in, checkout, member or administration pages. Navigating to an excluded page or withdrawing permission revokes tracking and reloads the document to unload the script. Unknown URL parameters and fragments prevent activation.

You can reject or withdraw marketing permission using Privacy settings without affecting purchases or program access. Withdrawal removes the site’s _fbp and _fbc advertising cookies; Meta controls cookies and data on its own domains. Meta advertising cookies may otherwise last up to 90 days. Withdrawal stops future measurement and does not delete data already received by Meta. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
